1)  Balance pH on Private Skin

Pure5.5 is perfectly designed for sensitive skin around the privates and it combines the features of 2 fibers—TENCEL™ Lyocell and the Japanese imported weak acid fiber, Acrylate, mix and blend into a single yarn.

The Acrylate has a weak acid pH value which helps to balance the pH environment around the vagina, maintains great cleanliness, which is always welcomed.

2)  No Itching, Prevent From Recurrent Infections & Abnormal Discharges

The underwear uses the Longest Hydrophilic Weak Acid Staple Fiber. It enables normal secretion of oil to protect the soft and delicate private region skin.

That said, high temperature is also a common issue in the vagina when you profusely sweat. This has the disadvantage of making you uncomfortable.

For this, Pure5.5’s fiber has high absorption, high moisture releasing, high moisture conductivity, high convection and ventilation capabilities. These features ensure that the private regions are in exceptional condition and away from recurrent infections.

3)  Keep Lady Parts Stay Dry & Smell Fresh

Genital areas have the highest heat concentration on the body. This is cause of a volatile environment, meaning that it can also become the coldest part of the body at any given moment. When sweating profusely, the wet, sticky and hot feeling can be very uncomfortable.

However, if the humidity is too low and the area is too dry, there may be prone to allergic reaction, itching, discomfort and spur illness. Maintaining this environment is pinnacle to maintaining your health. The most comfortable temperature for the private parts is between 86-90 °F, and the ideal relative humidity is 40-60% RH.

Our quick-wicking, pure-dry, breathable, moisturizing, and soft technology is the secret of Pure5.5. We have created the ultimate underwear that balances your body and eases your mind. All you have to do is put them on and strut your stuff proudly.

4)  Super Stretchy & Durable

It is made of high quality covering yarn and twisting techniques that give it longevity. You’ll be surprised how it stretched once you put it on.

Perfectly embrace the most sensitive skin of your body by long fiber woven into 40-count yarn, it takes longer time for production but performs more durable.

5)  Easy Clean & Quick Dry

Pure 5.5 uses yarn with long fibers that create a compact and dense surface. Stains don’t stand a chance and odor is a thing of the past. Pure5.5 applies high-count yarns present good humidity release and air permeability.

This has the benefits of granting immense breathability and preventing stains from getting absorbed by the underwear. All this, in turn, make underwear easy to wash and quick dry.

Further, you do not necessarily have to use detergent to wash the underwear. So just make use of clean water and hang it to dry directly. After which, it usually takes less than 4-5 hours to get completely dry.

6)  No Fading No Harm

The most troublesome aspect when washing clothes is that some will fade and collect substances harmful to the skin, which is why the color fastness of clothing is so important.

Colorfastness means color density. Washing isn’t the only suspect to your clothes being robbed of their color though, sun exposure, friction and heavy usage all contribute to fading, but not with Pure5.5!

That’s because Pure5.5’s Colorfastness is on Grade 4, the specific standard set for all clothing, linen and usable fabric mandated for the British Royal Family.

1)  The smell, Discharge & Infection

According to our research result out of 10,000 people, more than 40% cares the most about the smell and the sweat, 30% concerns abnormal discharges. More than 50% experience pelvic irritation or pain caused by menstruation or chronic urethritis or other kind of infection.

Most women experience pelvic irritation throughout the day and more than 50% of women suffer from chronic urethritis. As a matter of fact, the ratio of women who would rather not see a gynecologist hasn't reduced in the past 7 years, and it's certainly not going to start anytime soon.

Still, we digress—the irritation may grow if proper care is not taken. And as an unusual odor comes, knocking, the irritation can be linked to infections like yeast infection and bacterial vaginosis (BV). Both of which are always followed by burning, white or clear discharge, redness, and an increased odor.

Furthermore, urethritis, an inflammation that affects the urethra and a woman's ability to urinate is more liable now and hence.

2)    When Would You Need Protection More

  • During the menstruation, as the cervix dilates, the capability to defend against unhealthy bacteria will be weaker than usual. If it’s that time of month, the time you loathe, then you certainly deserve a new pair of undies to comfort you through it. Something that holds you down, and keeps you dry during this thunderstorm. Wearing a raincoat won’t fix the problem, but Pure5.5 underwear will.
  • Intercourse is a common source of UTIs as it can irritate the sensitive tissue in your urinary tract.
  • During pregnancy, it is difficult for your body to keep up with the hormonal changes in the vagina, which disrupts the natural balance of bacteria that lives in the vagina.
  • Take a least 3 weeks postpartum care after delivery of your baby, as you you'll begin to shed the superficial mucous membrane that lined your uterus during pregnancy, or occasional contractions and vaginal soreness etc.

You should pay more attention to your physical condition when you are going through these periods.

Although drinking plenty of water or a conservative feminine wash may be helpful to certain issues, two problems still exist:

One, prevention only works if you do it every day, not as needed. And two, gynecologists urge women to be careful with feminine wash for following reasons: Not everyone understand the ingredients, and it may kill all bacteria, good ones included.

This is not what you want, especially if you wind up irritating your skin further. Wearing Pure5.5 underwear is the quickest way to protect your sweetest skin!

3)    4 Infections affect Pregnancy

Pregnant women are more vulnerable to getting urinary tract infection(UTI), bacterial vaginosis (BV), Yeast Infection and Trichomoniasis, and the most common symptoms of these infection include itchiness around the vagina or vulva, a large amount of thin vaginal discharge, pain or burning around the vagina or during sexual intercourse and a fishy odor coming from the vagina.

If you've got any itchiness, redness or unusual discharge, always check in with your doctor. After the OBGYN treatment, it doesn't mean you are immune to infections.

During pregnancy, the best way to protect your baby and yourself is “PREVENTION”.

Sudden and dramatic increases in two main hormones, estrogen and progesterone, make becoming moms

mentally stronger but physically weaker at the same time. As your belly expands during pregnancy day by day, wearing your old underwear will become increasingly difficult.

According to aPure newbie mom fans' feedback, they choose Pure5.5 Classic Hipsters during pregnancy. It helps to decrease the chance of getting infection, and no additives applied as all the features are from the fabric itself, provide most natural daily protection!

4)    Common ingredients of Gel or Spray products applied to Intimate Skin

Chlorhexidine, Methyldibromo glutaronitril and Phenoxyisopropanol for example, it’s not possible that everyone understands what they are and if there’s any incompatibility if you use different products at the same time. Gel, spray or whitening products, the claimed effects are not easy to maintain because of the 7 layers of the skin.

Here are 4 Common Functions of Gel or Spray products:

1. Moisturizing Function - This is prominent in spray products or gel. The lipophilic element in sprays and gel products is difficult to maintain the skin surface on its own is lipophilic. Thus it reduces the absorption significantly.

2. Cleaning Function - The bulk of the cleaning occurs through the highly irritating agent mostly found in bath products. Producers claim that intimate wipes are different from general wipes because of their sedative, astringent, and anti-inflammatory effects. That's untrue as the truth is that they do not differ and they have the same effects on your private areas.

3. Whitening Function - Some products indicate that whitening ingredients are non-irritating or that their effects in lower concentration aren't harmful. Still, that is very much untrue. Whitening ingredients turn sensitive skin pink, a sure sign of irritation, which many times is followed by an unnecessary infection. Hence, it's imperative that the ingredients list be properly read. After which, even the tiniest amount of whitening ingredients should be avoided.

4. Deodorant Function - These products make use of a fragrance to hide odor caused by bad bacteria, urine, secretion, sweat, and air oxidation. Since their ingredients may cause an allergic reaction on your skin which may result in contact dermatitis, the safe thing to do is to clean the private area first, and thus the odor will be removed.

5)   Why Does Skin pH Balanced Matter

Skin is acting as a protective barrier between our bodies and the outside world, the first line of defense against bacteria and viruses. Healthy skin maintains the balance of moisture and regulates body temperature.

Intimate skin’s pH plays an important role in health condition. It’s constantly challenged by external aggressors like temperature & humidity changes, chemicals and internal factors like hormones & genetics. The ideal skin pH of the genital area is moderately acidic, if it rises into the alkaline range, its natural balance is disturbed and provides the perfect environment for unhealthy bacteria to grow, and hence it puts you at risk for infections. Typical symptoms of an unbalanced vaginal pH are like a foul or fishy smell, unusual white, gray, or green discharge, itching and burning when you urinate.

Here are 5 Easy Changes you can make to maintain your pH balance below the belt:

1. Take Healthy Diet -

Dark, green leafy vegetables, sweet potatoes, beets, cranberries, fermented foods like kimchi and yogurt. Alternative is multivitamin with essential vitamins and minerals can boost healthy bacteria.

2. Wear Loose-fitting and Dry Undergarments -

Don’t wear damp clothing because they can keep moisture in and irritate your vagina.

3. Don’t Use perfumed, scented products -

Most of them contain chemical substances that can irritate your intimate skin and may cause vaginal infection.

4. Don’t douche -

Douching may increase the vaginal pH level and encourage the growth of harmful bacterial overall.

5. Choose underwear that can KEEP YOUR SKIN pH BALANCED -

Pure5.5 pH Balancing Underwear adds no additives that could harm you and simply brings you a fresh feeling! The healthier environment your most sensitive skin is embraced, the healthier it can be!!

Truth 1 - Your favorite patterns always Fade

Just like fashion, clothes fade. Sometimes it takes a natural touch to turns trendy into classic, but one thing is not up for debate. The quality of the dye used in clothing is extremely important. If the color concentration fades below a certain grade, the fabric begins to transfer the dye onto your skin in microscopic amounts. Fabrics that are too white or too bright may also contain fluorescent agents.

Over time, this is less than threatening but when it comes to the intimacy of your clothing, accept nothing but the best grade! Colorfastness grades from 1 to 5. An acceptable standard in the clothing industry is at least Grade 3, but all members of royal families are required to use Grade 4. At this grade, no matter how many times it is worn or washed, the material fiber will maintain its color properties. Colorfastness is a measure of health as there will be no chemical substance to be released.

Truth 2 - Rough Texture or Poor Breathability

What’s more irritating than uncomfortable undies? Well, imagine this. You just bought a pair of stylish laced panties. You weren’t allowed to try them on for obvious reasons, so you waited until you got home only to come to the realization that you overpaid for underwear that doesn’t have a true feel.

Even underpants advertised as pure cotton have differences in quality! This is due to cotton yarn specifications (such as fiber length and yarn count), pesticide residues, combing quality, and origin.

The yarn used to make cheap underwear usually has a rough texture or poor breathability which is bad for any skin (not only in the private regions). This has drawbacks since infection as a result of the irritated skin or even infection may occur.

Truth 3 - Difficult to clean

Most of people are expected to be clean, always! Stained underwear just won’t cut it anymore and some stains are stubborn when it comes to cleaning them. Even though you have not worn them much, you can already see hints of humidity marks and stains.

To get rid of the stain, detergent or bleach is used, there's nothing wrong with this but some of them are actually unhealthy for your skin cleaning agents can remain in clothes if not washed properly, and that is transferred right to your skin.

The answer to this problem is yarn, but not any ordinary yarn fabric that can double as a kitchen rag, it is also incredibly difficult to clean materials that are hygroscopic.

You need the best material! That is what aPure has done with Pure5.5. Our fabric eliminates hygroscopicity making for an easy, fresh clean. We’ll get to the point, the next time you search for hip snuggles, look no further than Pure5.5 and be happily surprised by how pure and honest the underwear is to your skin.

1)  High Quality TENCEL™ branded Fibers

Sustainable production process of TENCEL™ fibers originate from the renewable raw material wood, created by photosynthesis. TENCEL™ fibers are easily found in the collections of many leading designers. Consumers can have the assurance that their fashion choices are not contributing to an adverse impact on the environment. Pure5.5 adopts up to 50% of TENCEL™ fibers.

Putting on Pure5.5 pH Balancing underwear is like surrounding the body with Phytoncide that is released by trees. Pure5.5 applies Acrylate and TENCEL™ fiber gently blended into one yarn, keeping the characteristics of each fiber and improving the overall quality of underwear. Pure5.5 pH Balancing underwear protects your intimate skin by keeping a healthy environment, your intimate skin will not get trapped in a unhealthy jungle, wearing underwear has never felt better.

Remark: TENCEL™ fibers are from natural forests and sustainably managed plantations. TENCEL™ fibers are available with FSC® (C041246) or PEFC™ certification upon request, and have been certified as Biobased under the BioPreferred® Program of the U.S. Department of Agriculture, a governmental body.

2)  Weak Acid Fiber keep Healthiest Balance

The pH of the Acrylate fiber is weak acid itself; we don’t use antibacterial agents or any other additives to force it to change its properties. That’s a clean feeling that you can count on!

That said, you have to know that Pure5.5 adds no agents and no additives that may harm the skin. Instead, it adopts the new generation of textile technology from Japan which uses special polymer fiber to chain the acidic functional group to the fiber. This allows fibers that use amine (-NH2) and carboxyl (-COOH) structuring for real adsorption.

Thus, the fibers tightly adsorb the discarded amine produced by the human body, and very much behave like another layer of skin. Due result of this is the healthiest balance that the private region skin can experience.

3)  Extra Fine Elastic Fiber

Pure5.5 does not make use of low-cost elastic fibers to produce our products.

In fact, we only use the “20-Denier Superfine Elastic Fiber” which adopts the technology jointly developed by Japan’s Asahi Kasei & Formosa Plastics Group.

The Pure5.5 elastic fiber is resistant to tap water chlorine and sunlight. Additionally, it is made of high quality covering yarn and twisting techniques that give it longevity. The brand also makes use of ultra-fine 20 denier fibers which make the fabric of the underwear smooth and its color dye even.

4)  Humidity Regulatory Material

The quality of cotton that used to make underwear is uneven due to its origin. Short cotton fibers stain easier, and if the cotton yarn is coarse, well that just sounds like a bad feeling! If the surface area of the fiber is large, the surface area of adsorption is also large. Most generic underwear uses 30-count yarn where Pure5.5 is made with up to 40-count interweaved TENCEL™ fiber and rayon.

Pure5.5 also uses Acrylate, a humidity regulatory material that allows for breathability. Its pure-dry property is above standard for moisture wicking clothing. The only difference you’ll find is, Pure5.5 doesn’t have that rough, coarse feeling that is produced by chemically manipulated fibers. The clothes will not feel clammy, even when worn for extended periods of time.

Did we mention that the active humidity-regulating property can adapt to changes in the climate? That’s right, your favorite travel companion, your best bud in the summer and your warm blanket in the winter, Pure5.5 does it all.

5)  Colorfastness Grade 4, No Fade, No Harm

The colorfastness of clothes is very important for healthy skin. Colorfastness is graded from 1-5 and the higher the number, the better the grade.

The least acceptable grade for colorfastness is Grade 3. The British Royal family wears clothing with at least Grade 4 colorfastness, which ensures no fading when washing and also prevents harmful dyes from damaging your skin.

The Pure5.5 underwear have a Grade 4 color fastness which essentially makes them fit for Kings. Enough said.
